What is the cost of shipping?
U.S. Orders Over $200 Orders Always Ship For FREE! (excluding furniture)

Orders under $200 have multiple shipping options! The cost of shipping can be calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of your order. (ps. we pay exactly what you pay and never upcharge on shipping)

We are so sorry if this happens. All orders are packaged with care in California and Tennessee however, feel free to contact us at northstarrhome@gmail.com if any issues arise during the shipping process.

We are working on making this option available. Talking with several companies to negotiate the best possible shipping rates. 

• All orders are packed and shipped within 2-3 days of purchase. U.S. orders generally arrive within 3-7 business days.

• A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment which can provide further clarification

• Not satisfied? Return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Contact Northstarrhome@gmail.com for more details on how to return your order.

• Customer is liable for all shipping charges in the event of a returned order. North Starr Home does cover return shipping charges for items that were sent incorrectly or damaged in transit.

PLEASE NOTE As of this time, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on rug or furniture purchases. Please consider this prior to placing your order!

Is it possible to cancel an order?

As long as the order has not shipped, reach out to northstarrhome@gmail.com to cancel your order. 

We accept all major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Shop Pay and Google Pay. Working on Venmo!

Will I receive the same product shown in photos?

Yes!

However some items are handmade and may vary slightly from the photo.  (always mentioned in the description of the product)

 

 

No! However it will keep all your orders in one spot.
